SHIPPING & PICKUPS
Shipping Policy
Most of our online products can be shipped*. We use the USPS Flat Rate boxes and shipping services for Items that are available for shipping. Your ordered items will determine the size of the USPS Flat Rate box (small, medium or large). We carefully hand wrapped/hand pack your items (there are no robots here!). *In advance, Raw Milk, Meats, Eggs and Large Honey are NOT available for shipping. There is a minimal ($50) insurance protection provided by the USPS, included with your package for the USPS Flat Rate Service. If your item arrives broken, or damaged by shipping, your claim is to be filed with the USPS. There will be a shipping receipt with your shipping label with more information. If you wished to have items shipped, please contact us, so that we may assist you with the best option for your needs!

When you select to 'PickUp' at the ranch, at check out.. we will need to meet with you on your first time out! We like to meet greet and thank our new ranch customers, in person. We will also quickly tour the customer pick up room with you, to show where and how easy it is to collect your purchase(s). Our pick up hours at the ranch are Monday through Saturday, from 8a -11a .. OR .. 3:00p - 6:00p.
Return & Exchange Policy
There is no perfection here on the ranch, only 100% UNIQUENESS! We start with things that are purely produced by nature, that are hand collected, hand crafted, hand packaged specifically for you and yours. We are not robots with artificial processes here, we are humans serving humans, and that touch matters.
Please note: Ranch items are made in small batches to ensure freshness, and in most instances, they are made at the time upon your order (yes, that FRESH!). All purchases are final. No refunds, as the items cannot be re-stocked or re-sold once they are purchased. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us. We may be able to exchange another item for you. We do our best here at the ranch, and in providing the best to you!
