Our Grass Fat (BEEF) Tallow is harvested from our 100% Pasture Raised, Grass Grazed, Grass Finished cattle. We handtrim and slow heat render this grass fat*, into tallow, so that it is perfectly ready for you to use and/or consume!
 
*We hand trim our beef fat the best that we can, to obtain every bit of the precious 'waxy' suet fat, as it preserves well (in the refrigerator or freezer) and it makes for great skin care, candles and consumption. Note as our butcher tells us, "There's not much fat on your purely pasture raised, grass grazed, grass grazed cattle". And with that, we're blessed with what we harvest!
