Our Grass Fat (BEEF) Tallow is harvested from our 100% Pasture Born and Raised, Grass Grazed, Grass Finished cattle. We personally hand trim, slowly heat, double render and filter our grass beef fat, into tallow. Our tallow is primarily purchased for consumpition, retaining a light aroma and natural flavor. If you are wanting a more odorless tallow, you may chose to render a third time yourself.
 
Note as our butcher tells us, "There's not much fat on your purely pasture raised, grass grazed, grass finished cattle". We're blessed with what we harvest!
